Drilling and controlled blasting for 14 Kms Rock Trenching for laying of 24” dia gas pipeline in district Jamshoro.

Construction of 6 ¾ inch dia 7000 Meters Gas flowing from Ali well # 1 to Kausar ETF Mirpur Khas including fabrication and installation of pig launcher / receiver station and crossing of 100 mtrs long Rohri Canal by Horizontal directional drilling method

Construction of 60 km’s 6”, 8”, 10” & 16” Dia Gas Gathering and Transmission Pipelines from Well Heads to Delivery Point including Yard Coat & Wraps with cold tape, stringing, welding and lowering, Fabrication and Installation of Pig Launcher / Receiver and Well Head Assemblies, Tie-in junction and Overhead / Submerged Crossing, Testing and Commissioning.

Construction of 11Kms, 4” dia high pressure Gas feeder pipelines from Well # 2 & 3 to Mazarani Gas Processing Plant (Larkana) including designing and execution of Underpasses. Yard Coat & Wrap, preparation of ROW in hilly terrain, Pig Launcher / Receiver Station, testing and Commissioning.

Construction of 75 kms, 8” dia high pressure Sales Gas Transmission Pipeline from Mazarani Gas Field to Larkana, including designing & execution of overhead Pile / thrust bore Crossing, Yard Coat & Wrap, Preparation of ROW in all kind of Soil including water logged area, Pig Launcher / Receiver Station, testing and Commissioning.

Construction of 4” to 6" dia, Fiberglass “water injection flow line”, and wellhead piping including fabrication of High pressure Pig Launcher / Receiver assembly thrust bore crossing and testing of pipeline at 2750psi in Distt. Badin for British Petroleum Pakistan.  

Construction of 6” dia Oil (Jet A-1) Pipeline from Chaklala to Shell’s Bulk Storage Depot involving preparation of ROW, transportation of pipe from Karachi to Chaklala, stringing of pipe, welding, trenching, coating of welded joints by heat shrinkable sleeves, lowering, backfilling, road crossing (open cut), thrust bored road / railway crossings, hydrostatic testing, de-watering, and commissioning as per specifications.

Construction of Fire Water Network with provision of coating materials, sand blasting, priming & coating of pipelines, fabrication & installation of pipe supports its allied foundations, trenching & welding of pipe from 50mm dia to 300mm dia, including fixing of fire hydrants, foam monitors painting of above ground piping, inter connection with existing line system, testing & commissioning as per API-1104 requirements.

Construction of 24” dia buried pipeline from Gandhara Plant to PSO Pipri Marshalling Yard Terminal. The job included excavation, fabrication, welding, installation, radiography, holiday testing, air pigging, hydrostatic testing, backfilling, road, rail & nullah crossings, Cold Cutting of existing 42” dia pipeline for Tie-in with new line.

Laying of 4” dia 16 K.M high pressure Gas Pipeline complete in all respect from Turkwal Well No.1 to Pindori LPG Plant, for Pakistan Oilfields Limited.

Laying of 8” dia 37 Kms high pressure natural gas pipeline from Khaur to Meyal including coating & wrapping welding, lowering, testing & commissioning in hard & rocky area of Pothohar.

Laying of 8” dia, 30 Kms high pressure gas pipeline from Lalamusa to Jhelum including Link Canal piled and Jhelum River crossing over Highway bridge.

Laying of 8” dia 47 Kms in length high pressure gas pipeline in hilly terrain from Havalian to Abbotabad and Mansehra, complete with preparation of ROW, Coating and Wrapping, Welding, Laying, Testing and Commissioning.

Laying of 8” dia 15 Kms in length, petroleum product transmission pipeline from Attock Refinery Rawalpindi to Sihala Oil Depot including crossing of River Swan, Lai Nullah and under crossing of G.T. Road.

Laying of 16” dia, 60 Kms in length high pressure Gas Pipeline from Kandkot gas field to Wapda Thermal power plant at Guddu complete in all respect including coating, warping, construction and placement of trench weights, dewatering, crossing of railway track, feeder canal, flood protection bunds, testing and commissioning etc.

Laying of 20” dia, 72 Kms in Length high pressure Gas Pipeline from Mari Gas Field to WAPDA Thermal Power Plant at Guddu Complete in all respect including coating, wrapping, construction and placement of concrete trench weights, dewatering, Guddu barrage crossing, testing and commissioning etc.

Laying of 18” dia gas-gathering pipelines from wellhead to trunk line at Sui Gas Field Blochistan.
