QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL STATEMENT
In recognition of the need for quality assurance/quality control of services and products in the service provided by professionals to their clients, the company has formulated her quality assurance/quality control to achieve the following:
- Compliance of all services and products to relevant industrial codes standards, statement and clients service/product specifications.
- In light of the above, the company ensures that construction results are in conformity with the client’s design specification. This will involve the use of adequate engineering materials during construction and provision of inspection at agreed stages of work, prior to commissioning and transfer of finished job to the client.
- We keep abreast with changes in various industrial codes and standards and ensure availability of such revised industrial codes with a view to enhancing easy referencing. The company shall not however limit herself to the codes and standards stipulated by recognized engineering bodies like, BS, ASME/ANSI, but shall also give consideration to the standards and specifications provided by the client.
- The company has created a Quality Assurance/Quality Control department whose sole duty is to ensure compliance of the Company’s services and products to industrial codes and standards. The standards, the responsibility of this department also includes subjecting products and services of the Company to external auditing also with a view to ensuring codes and standards compliance.
- In the case of non-conformities, there is always timely interventions and thus preventing future re-occurrence
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control awareness is instilled into the minds of all workers so as to ensure regular consciousness of quality. This is achieved through regular in-house seminars organized by the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Officers for workers at all levels in the organization.
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control documents are made into small books in order to ensure portability during project execution and for ease of referencing. It is made mandatory that all concerned staff should carry such portable QA/QC books during contract execution.
- Finally, the company provides incentives for employees who excel in the implementation of the companies Quality Assurance/Quality Control policies.
